Map now shows Necrotech buildings in red text, and includes an icon for mobile phone masts.

Quite nice, quite nice

Good job Sirens.

Hope there will be a change in the map link of the  UDToolbar  :)

Edit:

I was watching your updated Malton Map  and found that the suburbs in the row next to the last one, have no down arrows. ???
I'm using Firefox.

This was pointed out to me elsewhere.  It's been fixed since you noticed it.  Thanks for reporting it though ^^

Sirens,

Cool, cool, cool. You know, of course, when you do something, people like me ask for new features!

How about a half-suburb shift for the arrow click? There's never been a view where you could see a suburb-corner building (like, oh, Caiger Mall) as the center of a map that covers a quarter each of four suburbs. The maps to date make it more convenient to live in the centre of a suburb: you can see all around you in one map view.

If I was really really REALLY high speed, yes.  Since I'm not, no.

Hey Sirens, there's a problem with the route finder. It finds the route correctly, but it gives the directions as if the start and destination were reversed.

Example: enter "Latrobe Building" (Darvall) for the start location and "Nurcombe Building" (also Darvall) for the destination.

The result will be: "the Latrobe Building is 4 block(s) west and 3 block(s) south of the Nurcombe Building"

but the expected result should be: "the Nurcombe Building is 4 block(s) east and 3 block(s) north of the Latrobe Building."

If I followed the directions in the former version without noticing the reversal, I'd end up at a junkyard in NW West Becktown.

Hope that's an easy fix.

I really should learn to read GD more often. Very well done Sirens, A+. I just modified z-UDTool to use your map instead.

Sure thing. But note, I am not the maker of z-UDtool, or the original UDtool. Nor am I the creator of any other known extension. Use at your own risk. ;P

Z-UDtool 0.6.6.6.1

Edit:
Adding a regular UDTool version for those that prefer it.

Update:

The map now features Neighbooring Subub split views.  When viewing a Suburb, next to the navigation buttons will be symbols like this:

|| and =

Clicking on these will show a map of your current suburb, and the neighbooring suburb in that direction.  For example, clicking on the western || in the suburb of Ridleybank will show a map with the suburb of Barville and Ridleybank side by side.

Clicking on either Suburb name in the header will take a person to that suburb.

Soon to come: 4 Suburb split views for those pesky corner navigations ^^
